HOCKEY
The Huskies swept rival Northern Michigan in a CCHA series. The Huskies won 4-1 on Friday in Houghton and 4-2 on Saturday in Marquette. Stiven Sardarian had three goals in the series, while Brayden Boehm, Reid Andresen, Lauri Raiman, Carson Latimer, and Teydon Trembecky also found the back of the net. Owen Bartoszkiewicz earned both wins, stopping 49-of-52 shots he faced. Tech is 7-3 overall and 4-0 in the CCHA and hosts Bemidji State. The puck drops at 7:07 p.m. Friday and 6:07 p.m. on Saturday at the John MacInnes Student Ice Arena.
 
FOOTBALL
Tech fell 18-15 at No. 23 Grand Valley State on Saturday. Jake Rueff and Alex Bueno scored the touchdowns for the Huskies. Porter Zeeman led the defense with 12 tackles. The Huskies are 7-3 overall and 4-2 in the GLIAC and host Saginaw Valley State on Saturday. Kickoff is at noon at Kearly Stadium.
 
VOLLEYBALL
The Huskies split their home weekend, defeating Davenport 3-2 on Friday and falling 3-1 to No. 18 Ferris State on Saturday. Rachel Zurek led the offense with 4.44 kills per set, Madelynn Kreider set the attack with 12.44 assists per set, and Julia Fledderjohn led the defense with 5.22 digs per set. Tech is 10-15 overall and 7-7 in the GLIAC and wraps up the regular season this weekend, hosting Saginaw Valley State on Friday at 5 p.m. and Lake Superior on Saturday at 2 p.m.
 
MEN'S BASKETBALL
The No. 13-ranked Huskies get back to action against Missouri-St. Louis on Friday at 2 p.m. Eastern and Maryville on Saturday at 2 p.m. Eastern in Wisconsin Dells. Tech is 2-0.
 
WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
Tech begins its 2025-26 season this weekend in Wisconsin Dells. The Huskies open against Lewis on Friday at 8 p.m. Eastern and then play Upper Iowa on Saturday at 8 p.m. Eastern.
 
CROSS COUNTRY
The cross country teams raced at the NCAA Regional Championships on Saturday. The men placed seventh and the women's team was 17th. Michael Dennis was All-Region with a 24th-place finish.
 
SOCCER
The Huskies fell 2-0 to Purdue Northwest in the season finale at Kearly Stadium on Saturday. Tech wrapped up the 2025 campaign 2-15-1 overall and 2-11-1 in the GLIAC.
