HOCKEY
Michigan Tech had a 3-3 tie and 2-1 loss to St. Thomas over the weekend at the John MacInnes Student Ice Arena. Stiven Sardarian scored twice on Friday, while Reid Andresen and Kalem Parker also found the back of the net. Tech has the weekend off before the final CCHA series of 2025 on Dec. 12-13 at Ferris State.

MEN'S BASKETBALL
The No. 12-ranked Huskies dominated Lakeland 92-56 on Saturday in the home opener at the SDC Gym. Twelve Huskies scored with Ty Fernholz leading the way with 16. Tech is 6-1 and travels to Roosevelt on Thursday and Parkside on Saturday to open GLIAC play.

WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
Tech dropped a pair of non-conference games on the road, falling 78-61 at No. 17 Concordia St-Paul on Friday and 78-54 at Winona State on Saturday. Ella Mason (11.5) and Soraya Timms (10) average double figures on the weekend. The Huskies are 4-2 and open GLIAC play at Roosevelt on Thursday and Parkside on Saturday.

The Huskies begin the 2025-26 season with the UP Opener on Saturday. Details of the event will be announced later in the week.
