HOCKEY
Michigan Tech lost in a shootout after a 2-2 tie on Friday to Bemidji State and defeated the Beavers 2-1 in overtime on Saturday. Max Koskipirtti scored twice in the series, while Elias Jansson and Stiven Sardarian also found the back of the net. Owen Bartoszkiewicz stopped 59-of-62 shots on the weekend. Tech is 8-3-1 overall and 5-0-1 in the CCHA and plays at No. 16 Minnesota State in the first CCHA road series for the Huskies. The puck drops at 8:07 p.m. Eastern Friday and 7:07 p.m. on Saturday.

VOLLEYBALL
The Huskies swept their final two matches of the regular season. Tech defeated Saginaw Valley State 3-1 on Friday and swept Lake Superior State 3-0 on Saturday. Rachel Zurek led the offense with 3.86 kills per set, Madelynn Kreider set the attack with 11.57 assists per set, and Julia Fledderjohn led the defense with 5.43 digs per set. Tech is 12-15 overall and finished 9-7 in the GLIAC. The Huskies are the No. 7 seed in the GLIAC Tournament and travel to No. 2 Wayne State for a quarterfinal match on Wednesday. First serve is at 7 p.m. in Detroit.

WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
Tech swept its season-opening weekend in Wisconsin Dells. The Huskies won 68-55 over Lewis on Friday and then overwhelmed Upper Iowa 70-30 on Saturday. Janie Tormane (14.5), Kaitlyn Maxwell (10.5), and Alyssa Wypych (10) averaged double figures. The Huskies open the home schedule at the SDC Gym this weekend, hosting Minnesota Duluth on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. and St. Cloud State on Friday at 5:30 p.m.

MEN'S BASKETBALL
The No. 13-ranked Huskies split their weekend in Wisconsin Dells, falling 78-57 to Missouri-St. Louis on Friday and then defeating Maryville 72-61 on Saturday. Marcus Tomashek (14.5) and Gave Smith (10.5) averaged double figures for the Huskies. Tech travels to Duluth this weekend to play Minnesota Duluth on Friday at 7 p.m. Eastern and St. Cloud State on Saturday at 2:30 p.m.

FOOTBALL
Tech fell 24-21 to Saginaw Valley State on Saturday at Kearly Stadium to wrap up the 2025 season. Nic Nora, Elliott Larner, and Ethan Champney scored the three touchdowns for the Huskies. Dakota Blackwell and Dante Basanese led Tech with 10 tackles. The Huskies finished the season 8-4 overall and 4-3 in the GLIAC.
