HOCKEY
Augustana took 4-of-6 CCHA points against the Huskies in South Dakota. The Huskies fell 5-1 Friday and tied the Vikings 4-4 on Saturday with a shootout win. Chase Pietila scored in each game, Alex Nordstrom had a pair of goals Saturday, and Philip Fankl scored his first NCAA goal on Saturday. Tech is 15-12-3 overall and 11-8-3 in the CCHA and wraps up its home schedule this weekend, hosting Ferris State at the MacInnes Student Ice Arena. The six seniors will be honored on the ice after Saturday's game.

MEN'S BASKETBALL
Tech swept its home weekend, defeating No. 20 Ferris State 75-63 on Thursday and No. 15 Lake Superior State 80-75 on Saturday. Adam Hobson averaged 20 points on the weekend and was joined in double figures by Gabe Smith (12) and Josh Terrian (11.5). Tech is 18-6 overall and 13-3 in the GLIAC and hosts Northern Michigan on Thursday before traveling to Roosevelt on Saturday.

WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
The Huskies split their home weekend, falling 70-67 to Ferris State on Thursday and defeating Lake Superior State 75-62 on Saturday. Isabella Lenz (18.5), Kendall Standfest (17.5), and Janie Tormanen (13.5) scored in double figures on the weekend. Tech is 10-14 overall and 7-9 in the GLIAC and hosts Northern Michigan on Thursday in the final home game and then makes its first-ever trip to Roosevelt on Saturday.

NORDIC SKIING
Tech won the Butch Reimer Cup as CCSA Champions on Sunday, taking home the men's, women's, and overall team titles at the Tech Trails. Bridget Burns (classic) and Tryg Solberg (skate) were individual conference champions. The Huskies get back to action this weekend with the NCAA Central Regional Championships at Al Quaal in Ishpeming.

TENNIS
Both tennis teams won on the road at Illinois Springfield on Saturday. The men won 6-1 and the women won 5-2 as both squads improved to 2-1 on the season. The Huskies get back to action on Friday with another non-conference match in Illinois at Lewis.
