HOCKEY
Michigan Tech dropped a pair of games at No. 14 Minnesota State. The Mavs won 3-0 and 3-2. Reid Andresen and Tom Leppa scored the goals for the Huskies. Tech is 8-5-1 overall and 5-2-1 in the CCHA and hosts St. Thomas at the John MacInnes Student Ice Arena. The puck drops at 7:07 p.m. Friday and 6:07 p.m. Saturday. Marketplace Foods has purchased 400 tickets for Saturday's game for youth. The ticket giveaway is on Tuesday at 4 p.m. at the store. Saturday will also be Skate With The Huskies after the game.

WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
Tech swept its home-opening weekend, defeating Minnesota Duluth 79-69 in overtime on Thursday and St. Cloud State 69-66 on Friday at the SDC Gym. Ella Mason averaged 23 points per game while Alyssa Wypych (16.5) and Soraya Timms (12.5) also averaged double figures. The Huskies travel to Minnesota to play at Concordia-St. Paul on Friday and Winona State on Saturday.

MEN'S BASKETBALL
The No. 13-ranked Huskies swept their weekend in Duluth, defeating Minnesota Duluth 57-48 on Friday and St. Cloud State 63-59 on Saturday. Marcus Tomashek (14.5), Ty Fernholz (11), and Jesse Napgezek (10) averaged double figures for the Huskies. Tech hosts Lakeland on Saturday at 2 p.m. in the home opener at the SDC Gym.

VOLLEYBALL
The Huskies fell 3-0 at Wayne State in the GLIAC Tournament Quarterfinal to wrap up the 2025 season. Tech finished with a 12-16 record. Madelynn Kreider, Paige Wagner, and Rachel Zurek were named to the All-GLIAC Second Team, while Tricia Kennedy was an Honorable Mention selection.
