HOCKEY
The Huskies split their non-conference trip to New York, falling 6-4 to Clarkson on Friday and shutting out St. Lawrence 3-0 on Saturday. Teydon Trembecky had a pair of goals Friday while Max Koskipirtti, Isaac Gordon, Elias Jansson, Kalem Parker, and Brayden Boehm also found the back of the net. Owen Bartoszkiewicz made 54 saves on the weekend and earned his third career shutout Saturday. Tech is 5-3 overall and gets back to CCHA play this weekend against rival Northern Michigan. The two teams will meet in Houghton on Friday at 7:07 p.m. and in Marquette on Saturday at 6:07 p.m.

CROSS COUNTRY
The cross country teams travel to Kenosha, Wisconsin for the NCAA Regional Championships at the Wayne E. Dannehl National Cross Country Course. The women's 6K is at 11 a.m. Eastern and the men's 10K starts at 12:15 p.m. Eastern.

FOOTBALL
Tech dominated the second half and defeated Roosevelt 56-31 on Saturday at Kearly Stadium. Nic Nora scored three touchdowns, while Bryce Kurncz, Elliott Larner, Ethan Champney, Jake Rueff, and Cameron Cornett also found the endzone. Chase Koch led the Huskies with 10 tackles. The Huskies are 7-2 overall and 4-1 in the GLIAC and play their final road game of the regular season at Grand Valley State on Saturday. Kickoff is at 2 p.m. at Lubbers Stadium.

MEN'S BASKETBALL
The No. 13-ranked Huskies had a pair of overtime victories against top-20 ranked opponents to begin the season at the Small College Basketball Hall of Fame Classic in Lakeland, Florida. Tech beat No. 3 Dallas Baptist 75-70 on Saturday at then defeated No. 19 Lenoir-Rhyne 66-65 on Sunday. Tech built a six-point overtime lead in game one, and Ty Fernholz hit a game-winning three-pointer with four seconds left in game two. Marcus Tomashek averaged 29.5 points per game on the weekend, while Gabe Smith averaged 10. Tech plays Missouri-St. Louis and Maryville on Nov. 14-15 in Wisconsin Dells.

VOLLEYBALL
The Huskies went 1-3 on the road over the week. Tech fell 3-2 at Northern Michigan on Tuesday, lost at Parkside 3-0 on Friday, and swept Roosevelt 3-0 on Saturday. Rachel Zurek led the offense with 3.73 kills per set, Madelynn Kreider set the attack with 10.36 assists per set, and Julia Fledderjohn led the defense with 4.44 digs per set. Tech is 9-14 overall and 6-6 in the GLIAC and returns home for the final four matches of the regular season, starting Friday against Davenport at 5 p.m. and on Saturday against Ferris State at 2 p.m.

SOCCER
The Huskies fell in a pair of home games over the weekend. Parkside won 3-1 on Friday and Roosevelt won 2-0 on Sunday. Ryley Winrich scored for the Huskies. Tech is 2-14-1 overall and 2-10-1 in the GLIAC and hosts Purdue Northwest on Saturday at noon at Kearly Stadium to wrap up the regular season.
