HOCKEY
The Huskies split their first home and CCHA series of 2025. Tech fell 4-2 to Lake Superior State on Friday and shutout the Lakers 1-0 on Saturday. Chase Pietila, Matthew Campbell, and Owen Baker scored the goals. Ryan Manzella earned his first NCAA shutout with 21 saves Saturday. Tech is 12-8-2 overall and 8-4-2 in the CCHA and heads on the road to No. 12 Minnesota State this weekend.
 
MEN'S BASKETBALL
Tech won a pair of GLIAC games over the weekend, defeating Northern Michigan 88-65 on Thursday in Marquette and taking down Roosevelt 82-59 on Saturday at the SDC Gym. Marcus Tomashek led the Huskies in scoring, averaging 20.5 points per game while Ty Fernholz (19) and Pete Calcaterra (15) also averaged double figures. Tech is 10-4 overall and 5-1 in the GLIAC and hosts Saginaw Valley State on Thursday and Wayne State on Saturday.
 
WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
The Huskies dropped a pair of games on the weekend, falling 68-64 at NMU on Thursday and 74-57 against Roosevelt on Saturday. Isabella Lenz (14) and Alyssa Wypych (11) averaged double figures on the weekend. Tech remains at home to host SVSU on Thursday and Wayne State Saturday at the SDC Gym.
 
NORDIC SKIING
Tech's skiers get back to action on Saturday and Sunday at the Ariens Nordic CCSA Invitational in Brillion, Wis. The Huskies will race classic on Saturday and a skate mixed-gender relay on Sunday.
