HOCKEY
The Huskies fell 5-2 and 3-1 to No. 17 Minnesota State over the weekend at home. Rylan Brown, Tom Leppa, and Jack Works scored the goals. The Huskies are 6-4-0 overall and 4-2-0 in the CCHA and travel to Bowling Green this weekend for their only meeting of the season with the Falcons. The puck drops at 7:07 p.m. each night.
 
CROSS COUNTRY
The men's cross country team placed 23rd at the 2024 NCAA DII Cross Country Championship in Sacramento. Sam Lange (83rd) led the Huskies with Michael Dennis (111th) and Colman Lenci (135th) also placing in the top 150.
 
VOLLEYBALL
The 2024 volleyball season ended in the GLIAC Semifinals. The Huskies advanced with a 3-1 win at Wayne State on Wednesday and then pushed No. 1 Ferris State to the limit before falling 3-2 on Saturday. Tech finished 17-12 in 2024 and advanced to the semis for the eighth straight season.
 
MEN'S BASKETBALL
Tech split its weekend in Duluth, falling 80-70 to No. 6 Minnesota Duluth on Friday and upsetting No. 3 Minnesota State Moorhead 74-70 on Saturday. Marcus Tomashek averaged 34.5 points on the weekend which included a career-high 40-point game against MSU Moorhead. Dawson Nordgaard averaged nine points and six and a half rebounds. Tech hosts St. Cloud State on Wednesday for its home opener at the SDC Gym. Tipoff is set for 5 p.m.
 
WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
The Huskies dropped a pair of games on the road. The Huskies fell 72-61 at St. Cloud State on Saturday and 71-67 at Minnesota Duluth on Sunday. Isabella Lenz (14.5), Kendall Standfest (14.5), and Janie Tormanen (12) averaged double figures on the weekend. Tech returns home this weekend to host Concordia-St. Paul on Saturday and Winona State on Sunday. Both games tipoff at 2 p.m.
