Personal: Johnson is a 5-7 guard from Negaunee, Michigan. She finished her high school campaign for the Miners as the 2024-25 WestPAC Player of the Year, 2024-25 WestPAC Defensive Player of the Year and 2024-25 Mid Peninsula Conference Defensive Player of the Year. Aubrey started in 78 career games over three years, helping Negaunee to a 70-8 record, including three conference, two district and one regional championship—also reaching the Division II MHSAA semifinals in 2024. She finished with 801 points (10.3ppg), 279 rebounds (3.6rpg), 216 assists (2.8apg) and 274 steals (3.5spg). In the classroom, Johnson was a National Honor Society member and an excellence in education scholar. She is undecided on a major.
