Biography

Sophomore Season (2021-22): Named a CCHA Scholar-Athlete and to the CCHA All-Academic Team … Skated in all 37 games … Tallied 17 points with five goals and 12 assists … Was the Tech's second-highest scoring defenseman … Ranked second on the team in penalty minutes (31) … Scored the game-winning goal and added an assist versus Ferris State (Nov. 27) and at Lake Superior State (Jan. 14) … Registered two assists at Ferris State (Feb. 19).

Freshman Season (2020-21): Named a Krampade All-American Scholar … Appeared in all 30 games and tallied seven points with a goal and six assists … Notched first collegiate point with an assist versus Northern Michigan (Jan. 23) … Scored first college goal against NMU (Feb. 26) … Had two assists in the Winter Carnival win over Ferris State (Feb. 13), including one on the game-winning goal … Had a three-game point streak with a goal and two assists … Tech was 5-1 when he had a point … Ranked third on the team with 32 blocked shots and also had 27 shots on goal.

Prior to Michigan Tech: Played the last three seasons with the Carleton Place Canadians of the CCHL … Named the CCHL Defenseman of the Year after leading all blueliners with 74 points for the Canadians … Scored 27 goals and added 47 assists in 62 games to finish fourth in the league in points and second amongst defensemen in Canadian Junior Hockey and set single-season records for the Canadians … Was also named to the CCHL First All-Star Team and a finalist for the 2019-20 Defenseman of the Year in Canadian Junior Hockey, placing second … Played 167 games in the CCHL over the past three seasons with 153 points and is the Canadians all-time leader in goals, assists, and points by a defenseman … Was named to the CCHL Second All-Star Team in 2018-19 after tallying 47 points in 58 games … The Canadians won the regular-season title the last three seasons and were runners up for the Bogart Cup in 2018 and 2019 with 2020 being canceled … Also played for the Wellington Dukes (OJHL) in 2017-18 and Ridley College in 2016-17.
