Grant Warren provided frontcourt depth during Michigan Tech’s successful 2025–26 campaign. The 6'10 forward from Wausau, Wisconsin, appeared in all 36 games, averaging 3.1 points per game while shooting 48.4 percent from the field. His contributions helped the Huskies repeat as GLIAC regular-season champions, capture the Midwest Region title and advance to the NCAA Division II Elite Eight. Warren joined Michigan Tech after a standout high school career at Marathon High School, where he earned Marawood South Conference Player of the Year honors as a junior. He averaged 24 points, 13 rebounds, three blocks and two assists per game and was named Division III First Team All-State. During the 2024–25 season, Warren appeared in 19 games for the Huskies, totaling 92 minutes of action. He earned GLIAC Defensive Player of the Week honors for Week 6 and recorded career highs of 11 points, nine rebounds, two steals and two assists against Northland on December 14. He shot 61.9 percent from the field and 57.1 percent from three-point range and was part of the Huskies’ GLIAC Championship team. Beyond basketball, Warren was involved in student council, math league, the National Honor Society and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA).
