Michigan Tech

Korinne Thomas begins her seventh year as a certified athletic trainer with the Michigan Tech Huskies in 2024-25. Her primary responsibilities are volleyball, cross country, men’s basketball, men’s tennis, and distance track. She also teaches in Michigan Tech’s Kinesiology and Integrative Physiology department.

Thomas played four years of soccer for the Huskies and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science in 2016. She earned her master’s degree in athletic training from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2018.

Originally from Sherwood, Wisconsin, Thomas attended Kaukauna High School where she was an all-conference soccer player and also played basketball.

Thomas resides in Houghton with her husband Bryan.
