College: 2016: Played in all 10 games for Tech in special teams... Returned seven kicks for 171 yards... Averaged 24.4 yards per kick return... 2015: Appeared in all 10 games…Second on the team with 15 kick returns for 315 yards…Averaged 21.0 kick return yards per game…Rushed 19 times for 58 yards and a touchdown…Had 19 yards rushing at Lake Erie (Nov. 14)…Tallied 15 rushing yards at Ferris State (Oct. 24) and vs. Tiffin (Oct. 31)…Scored a touchdown on a two-yard run vs. Northwood (Oct. 10). 2014: Did not see game action. 2013: Redshirted.

High School: Played at Ishpeming High School … Earned Detroit Free Press Division 7 All-State honors … Named the Mid-Peninsula Conference Back of the Year in 2012 … Helped the Hematites to the 2012 Division 7 state title, setting the record for most tackles in the state championship game.

Personal: Son of EJ and Christy Kostreva … Has two younger brothers, Ethan and Luke … Majoring in mechanical engineering.
