MIDLAND, Mich. – The Michigan Tech women's tennis season wrapped up in the GLIAC Tournament Quarterfinal at the Greater Midland Tennis Center on Thursday. Fourth-seeded Wayne State defeated the fifth-seeded Huskies 4-0 to advance.

Katerina Khardina earned a 6-1 win at No. 3 doubles.
Caoimhe McDonnell was heading to a third set at No. 4 singles before the match was ended.
The Warriors took the doubles point and clinched the No. 1, 3, and 5 singles matches to secure the victory.
Tech finished 10-8 overall and 3-4 in GLIAC play under first-year coach Mike Andrews.
No. 1 Grand Valley meets WSU in the semifinal while No. 2 Ferris State and No. 3 Davenport compete on the other side of the bracket.
