This Tuesday (Nov. 25) is the annual Marketplace Foods of Houghton "Kids Day" ticket voucher giveaway, beginning at 4 p.m. at the store! 
 
Every season, Marketplace Foods purchases 400 YOUTH Michigan Tech Huskies Hockey tickets and 100 YOUTH Basketball tickets to give away to local families. Kids ages 3-18 years old are considered YOUTH.
 
The "Kids Day" ticket vouchers will be good for the Saturday, Nov. 29 Michigan Tech Men's Basketball game at 2 p.m. at the SDC Varsity Gym or the Hockey game at the John MacInnes Student Ice Arena at 6:07 p.m. Fans must exchange their vouchers for actual game tickets at the SDC ticket office by noon next Friday.
 
During the giveaway event on Tuesday, Marketplace Foods and Michigan Tech Athletics staff will also be providing 200 free Vollwerth's Hot Dogs and Coca-Cola products on a first come, first served basis, while supplies.
 
There will be a limit of 4 YOUTH hockey tickets per family allowed. Once they're gone, they're gone.
