MARQUETTE, Mich. - Northern Michigan led every statistical category en route to a 3-0 GLIAC volleyball win Tuesday (Sept. 25) at Vandament Arena. The Wildcats won the first two sets, 25-11 and 25-13, with large runs late in the set. NMU won the third set 25-16.

Shelby Jones led the Huskies with six kills and added four digs. Madeline Haben finished with 15 assists and one of the team's two service aces. Jacqueline Aird had a team-high seven digs.

Lina Lopes led the Wildcats with eight of the team's 35 kills.

Tech will make its long awaited home debut Saturday (Sept. 29) against Wayne State.
