TECH'S GLIAC TOURNAMENT HISTORY
Michigan Tech has qualified for its record 20th GLIAC
Tournament and is the only team in league history to earn a berth
into every league playoff since its inception in 1990-91. The
Huskies are 25-16 all-time in GLIAC Tournament games with four
championships. Tech hosted all three rounds of last year's event
and lost to Hillsdale 81-69 in the GLIAC title game. Michigan
Tech's complete GLIAC Tournament history can be found on page
4.
WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS. YET AGAIN!
The Michigan Tech women's basketball team won its third
straight GLIAC North Division title and the 10th regular season
league championship in program history. All 10 of those titles have
come in the last 20 years (starting in 1990-91). No other GLIAC
team has more than seven titles to its credit.
WYSOCKY TURNS IN TWO MORE DOUBLE-DOUBLES
Katie Wysocky was in double

week, marking the 20th and 21st times this season she has turned in
a double-double. The 6-0 forward has 57 career double-doubles in
118 career games.
DANEN MAKES STRONG COMEBACK
Senior Danae Danen came back from a
four-game absence with injury to tally 30 points in two wins last
week. She recorded eight points and four rebounds during her first
game back (Feb. 25 vs. Lake Superior State). The 6-0 center then
matched her season high with 22 points vs. Saginaw Valley State
(Feb. 27) on 8-of-13 field goal shooting. Danen is averaging 12.3
points and 4.6 rebounds on the season.

basketball players to earn the honor. Michigan Tech has had 32
Academic All-Americans all-time with 16 of those coming since 2000
and six in the last three years.
