Before joining Michigan Tech, Eddie Snider competed for the Green Racing Project. During the 2025–26 season, Snider placed ninth in the skate 10K mass start at the U.S. Senior Nationals. At the 2025 Junior Nationals, Snider placed fourth in the skate 15K. Snider also competed alongside Michigan Tech teammate Alex Pundsack on the third-place U20 mixed relay at the 2025 Junior Nationals in Cable, Wisconsin. Snider chose Michigan Tech in part because an older brother previously attended the university. He is looking forward to continuing his academic and athletic career as a Husky.
