High School: Botello Jr. helped Muskegon to a 12-2 record finishing the season as State Champions. He was a two-time First Team All-Region honoree and a three-time MLive All-Area Dream Team and a First Team Academic All-State honoree.

Personal: Miguel is the son of Anna and Miguel and has two siblings. He plans to earn a degree in Mechanical Engineering while at Tech.
