Biography

Billy Lindquist is in his fourth year with the Michigan Techfootball program in 2011 and second as a full-time assistant (heserved as a graduate assistant for two seasons). He coaches therunning backs and also works in the Huskies' equipment room.

Lindquist played football at Adams State, where he was atwo-year starting quarterback and three-time Academic All-RockyMountain Athletic Conference selection.

The Fort Collins, Colo., native served as student coach at AdamsState in 2008 and graduated with a bachelor’s in humanperformance and physical education. He completed a master’sin sports administration at Adams State in 2009.

Lindquist, 26, married the former Jamie Carney in June 2010. Thecouple resides in Hancock, Mich.
