One of the most dynamic quarterbacks to ever play football at
MTU, Mike Scally was part of one of the most successful eras on the
gridiron in school history.
During his tenure (1969-72), the Huskies captured three NIC
titles and combined to post a 29-7-0 overall mark.
Scally was a First-Team All-NIC selection both his junior and
senior seasons and capped a stellar senior campaign by earning NIC
Most Valuable Player honors along with team MVP laurels.
Scally still holds one MTU record, that for career pass
interception percentage at .037.
