Glenn Mroz

Glenn Mroz was named Michigan Tech's ninth president in 2004 and was in the role until 2018. He was instrumental in the creation of Tech Trails and helped Michigan Tech hockey return to prominence, winning the WCHA in both 2016 and 2017 and returning to the NCAA Tournament in 2015, 2017, and 2018 for the first time since 1981. He received the Ken Hamar Award in 2008 given annually to a "true supporter" of the Michigan Tech athletic program by The Huskies Club.
