Sophomore Season (2011-12): Cross Country -Competed in one race. Track and Field - Finishedsecond in the 3,000 at the St. Norbert Twilight in a personal-besttime of 9:08.48 ... Ran a personal-best of 15:34.75 in the 5,000 atthe Al Owens Classic ... Ran a personal-best of 4:07.40 in the1,500 at GINA Relays.

Freshman Season (2010-11): Cross Country -Competed in five races...Posted one top-ten finish...Ran a 5Kpersonal best (17:09.2) at the Lake Superior Challenge and a 8Kpersonal best (26:56.2) at GLIAC Championships.
