Junior Season (2009-10): Cross Country - Competed in four races ... Ran a personal best time of over one minute at the Lake Superior Challenge to finish 14th ... Also ran a personal best time by nearly 45 seconds at the Midwest Collegiate Open. Track and Field: Competed in four meets...Posted one top-five finish...Ran a 5,000 personal best (16:29.03) at Twilight and a 10,000 personal best (33:40.77) at GLIAC Championships.
