Junior Year (2008-09): Ran in all seven races ... Ran a personal best in final two races of the season ... Finished a season-high fifth at the UP Collegiate Championships ... Ran a school record 1:52.50 in the 800 at the Macalester Twillight (April 23) ... Placed fifth at the GLIAC Championships in the 800 ... Earned ESPN The Magazine CoSIDA Academic All-American Honors.

Sophomore Year (2007-08): Ran in five of six races ... Opened the season with a personal best of 17:02 to finish fourth at the UP Collegiate Opener.

Freshman Year (2006-07): Ran in six of seven races ... Ran a personal best 12:45 to lead the team at the Michigan Intercollegiate Championships.
